You warrant that in obtaining the material and submitting it to Theartoftees.Com for reproduction, you have not violated the property rights of any third party. You agree to indemnify and hold Theartoftees.Com and its owners, officers, employees and agents harmless from and against any suit, demand, claim, loss, liability, damage or expense made against Theartoftees.Com by reason of breach of this warranty, and you agree to pay any judgment or settlement offer resulting from any suit, demand, or claim and to pay any attorney’s fees incurred by Theartoftees.Com in defending against any such suit, demand or claim.

We assume no responsibility for damages or any wrong doing that the customer may cause using a logo, trademark or copyrighted items. You agree to indemnify and hold Theartoftees.Com harmless from and against any suit, demand, claim, loss, liability, damage or expense made against or incurred by Theartoftees.Com by reason of the unauthorized, improper, or illegal use of any logo or trademark or copyright that is printed on or otherwise applied to promotional merchandise ordered or purchased by the customer through Theartoftees.Com.

Clip Art

All clip art images are the property of Theartoftees.Com or licensed from 3rd party vendors unless otherwise stated. Designs created from the clip art provided are in no way the exclusive property of users or customers who assemble such designs. For this reason, designs created using the clip art library should not be resold. If you would like to inquire about the license agreement on a particular piece of clip art, please contact us at customerservice@Theartoftees.Com.

Accuracy of Colors

Theartoftees.Com has displayed as accurately as possible the colors and graphics of the products that appear on the site. However, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color and or graphic will be accurate. The colors shown on the site are for reference only. The colors you see will depend on your monitor and may be slightly different from the actual colors of the products. We will have no liability whether for damages, return of merchandise for credit or otherwise, as a result of any variances between the appearance of colors and or graphics displayed on your monitor and on any finished product purchased by you from Theartoftees.Com.

If you make a mistake with your order contact us via email of call our 800 number and we will see what we can do within reason, to get the item corrected. If you are not totally satisfied with your order within 30 days from the date of purchase, contact us via email at and we will assign a return item number. Please include your order number from your packing slip or from the confirmation email assigned when your order was placed with a brief explanation as to the issue. Every order is custom and is one of a kind, returned goods are not resold but may be used as demos for marketing purposes or are destroyed.

Copyrights

Be sure to familiarize yourself with all the necessary trademark and style guidelines before you begin designing. This is very important, because we review every submission and won’t be able to print your design if it doesn’t follow these guidelines. We’d hate for your efforts to go to waste!

Make sure you understand trademark, copyright and style guidelines, before you design or upload any designs. The Art of Tees, respects U.S.Federal Copyright Laws and will not print any images of which you do not own the copyright or have written consent to use the character or art submitted. If you have permission we would need a copy of a release before making any product. To submit a copy or the release you will need to contact us via email, then submit the release via snail mail……
